Glaze line technician supporting glaze line operations, enforcing safety and quality standards, assisting in color and production changes, training new hires on safety, quality policies, and glazing equipment, coordinating with the maintenance team on operator basic care programs, reviewing box samples and pre-production tests with the supervisor, and performing adjustments to rotocolor, digital machines, and airless cabins to ensure production accuracy; assists in operations of glaze line and provides fill-in/relief for all glazing job functions.
