Post two short TikTok videos per day on your own account (15–60 seconds) showcasing Joy_ in an authentic, casual style with maximum creative freedom. You decide what content to create, no scripted or heavy editing required, and you share weekly insights with the team (screenshots sufficient). The role involves ~30 minutes of daily work, with compensation comprising a fixed monthly amount plus performance-based bonuses tied to views. You’ll receive Joy_-branded perks (e.g., vouchers) and potential reach on Joy’s channels and ads to build your portfolio. Location: Berlin, Germany; remote work available.
