Job Summary
TikTok Specialist (Contract) to provide ongoing strategic support for CIR's TikTok presence. Responsibilities include monitoring TikTok algorithm changes and platform features, advising on content and editorial approaches based on trends, analyzing channel performance to identify growth opportunities, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve content performance. Essential qualifications include proven experience managing or advising high-performing TikTok accounts, strong analytics and platform-optimisation expertise, ability to translate data into actionable guidance, proficiency with TikTok Analytics and third-party tools, and benchmarking/competitive analysis experience. Desirable exposure to emerging markets and NGO/public-interest contexts. Remote role based in London, UK, with a 1-year contract structure and 4–5 days per month; English and French language proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience managing or advising high-performing TikTok accounts
- Strong expertise in TikTok algorithms, audience growth strategies, and platform optimisation
- Proven ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience using TikTok Analytics and relevant third-party monitoring and reporting tools
- Experience conducting social media benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to provide clear, practical, and evidence-based recommendations
