Job Summary
Own Shapermint's US TikTok Shop as a revenue channel, driving GMV, margin, AOV, and conversion improvements while protecting profitability as scale grows. Build and scale the creator/affiliate engine through Open and Target Collaborations, recruitment, and performance management, alongside a consistent LIVE shopping and shoppable-video operation. Partner with Performance Marketing to scale winning content via Video Shopping Ads, GMV Max, and LIVE Shopping Ads. Analyze Seller Center and channel data using tools like Kalodata and Looker to identify growth opportunities, while overseeing catalog health, inventory sync, and policy compliance. Lead a lean team to create a repeatable playbook for global expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience across eCommerce, social commerce, marketplaces, creator commerce, or affiliate commerce
- Approximately 1.5–2.5+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience
- US-market experience
- Proven experience owning or co-owning a TikTok Shop P&L
- Strong understanding of GMV, margin, referral fees, commissions, ad spend, AOV, and returns
- Deep experience building commission-based TikTok Shop affiliate programs at scale
- Experience with Open/Target Collaboration, creator recruitment, seeding, and commission strategy
- Hands-on experience with TikTok LIVE Shopping and shoppable video
- Clear understanding of the mechanics that drive conversion for LIVE Shopping and shoppable video
- Experience running or closely partnering on TikTok Shop Ads
- Experience with Video Shopping Ads and GMV Max
- Strong operational knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Catalog/listing management experience

- Fulfillment SLAs knowledge
- Shop health oversight experience
- TikTok commerce-policy compliance knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
