Job Summary
TikTok Shop Manager to scale affiliate growth, manage creator relationships, and drive day-to-day operations. Focus on building and maintaining a high-performing creator ecosystem, ensuring consistent communication across channels, and executing key growth initiatives on TikTok Shop. Responsibilities include managing creator communities across Discord, Lark, and email; moderating channels; executing high-volume outreach to creators; identifying, segmenting, and recruiting new affiliate creators; onboarding creators into TikTok Shop affiliate programs; and tracking trends and top-performing creators to inform content strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or TikTok Shop/e-commerce
- Strong understanding of TikTok, creator economy, and affiliate programs
- Experience with outreach tools (Kruva or similar CRM platforms preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for concise, engaging messaging
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Self-starter who can take direction and run with tasks independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
