Job Summary
TikTok Shop & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support Front Row Group's affiliate services in Beauty & CPG. Responsibilities include researching/recruiting TikTok creators and affiliate partners, running day-to-day partner communications with the Affiliate Marketing Specialist, negotiating contracts, reviewing creators for sampling and deliverables, crafting creative briefs, coordinating posting cadence, and tracking affiliate performance metrics (sales, conversions, ROI) to optimize campaigns. The role also covers creative ideation and management, monitoring TikTok trends and formats, cross-functional collaboration with Performance Marketing, Shop Ops, and Influencer teams, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines. Requires 1-2 years in influencer/affiliate marketing or PR, familiarity with TikTok Shop and related centers, strong organization and communication skills, and a passion for social media trends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or PR (agency or brand-side)
- Understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, and social commerce strategies inclusive of performance metrics for creator campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and track performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to onboard and retain creators and affiliates
- Experience with TikTok Shop working in Seller Center and TikTok Affiliate Center
- Passion for social media, creator and publisher trends, and the evolving digital marketing landscape
