Job Summary
TikTok Shop Coordinator role focused on scaling affiliate growth, managing creator relationships, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include creator/community management across Discord, Lark, and email; high-volume creator outreach; onboarding of new creators into TikTok Shop affiliate programs; campaign and product-launch coordination; operational support (product uploads, campaign setup, platform maintenance); research on trends and top-performing creators; and meeting/reporting support. Requires 1–3 years in influencer/affiliate marketing or TikTok Shop, strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with creator ecosystems and CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or TikTok Shop/e-commerce
- Strong understanding of TikTok, creator economy, and affiliate programs
- Experience with outreach tools (Kruva or similar CRM platforms preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for concise, engaging messaging
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Self-starter who can take direction and run with tasks independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
