TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary
Own the full TikTok Shop and e-commerce function for a growing CPG brand, managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and creator strategy to drive revenue through organic content and paid ads. Launch and optimize paid advertising across TikTok, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Google Ads, and other channels while monitoring ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates. Expand successful TikTok strategies into Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and wholesale platforms, optimizing listings and inventory flow to prevent stockouts. Analyze performance data across all channels to provide actionable recommendations and track channel-level revenue contribution. This senior, execution-focused role requires availability during US business hours and comes with bi-monthly USD compensation and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable, attributable revenue results
- Deep expertise in TikTok including content strategy, creator management, affiliate programs, and paid ads
- Hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to meaningful revenue
- Experience managing at least one additional platform such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify
- Strong performance marketing background with direct experience running and optimizing paid ads
- Data-driven with the ability to make fast decisions and iterate without waiting for perfect information
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without established processes
- Strong ownership mentality with full accountability for results
- This role requires availability during US business hours
- 100% remote setup
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CPG, food and beverage, or better-for-you consumer brands
- Familiarity with Faire or wholesale e-commerce platforms
- Background managing Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Seller Center independently
- Experience building creator or affiliate programs from scratch rather than inheriting existing relationships
