Job Summary
Manage purchase requests for recruitment services, execute the procurement process, and maintain organized data records. Process purchase orders to ensure efficient handling of sourcing requirements while supporting project bidding through documentation, report preparation, and coordination. Conduct market research and data analysis across staffing services, executive search, and background check industries to support informed procurement decisions. Assist with recruitment and executive search spend as TikTok scales its UK operations, helping shape procurement strategy within the fastest-growing platform in the country.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred
- Strong analytical and independent thinking skills, with a collaborative approach. Relevant procurement experience preferred
- Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel), ERP, and OA systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork
- Quick learner, honest, dependable, highly responsible, and positive, with strong professional values
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred
