Job Summary
TikTok Influencer Marketing Manager to drive engagement and community growth across beauty tech brands. Responsibilities include monitoring trends and cultural moments on TikTok, partnering with Influencer and Brand teams to amplify creator content, proactively engaging with creators to boost visibility, identifying viral opportunities and reactive content moments, tracking competitor activity and broader social trends, and reporting on sales performance across the portfolio. Must be proficient in managing creator campaigns on TikTok, understand platform behaviour, and translate insights into brand-relevant content. Strong copywriting, communication, analytics, and organisational skills are required; passion for beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or creator culture is essential. The role emphasizes building relationships with creators, turning insights into action, and maintaining a premium, culturally relevant social presence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing creator campaigns, predominantly on TikTok
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, algorithms and platform behaviour
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to identify trends early and translate them into brand-relevant content opportunities
- Experience using TikTok analytics and social reporting tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Passion for beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or creator culture
- Desirable: Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness or consumer brands
- Desirable: Experience working with influencers or creator partnerships
