Job Summary
Freelance remote role to support a US-based DTC beauty brand's creator, affiliate, and social commerce programs. Responsibilities include managing creator/affiliate inboxes across TikTok Shop, Discord, and other platforms; coordinating outreach and follow-ups; reviewing and processing sample requests; coordinating shipments and tracking content deliverables; supporting Amazon Creator Connections and other sampling initiatives; maintaining Google Sheets trackers and reporting; processing content submissions and managing usage permissions; assisting with basic uploads, content organization, SOP development, and light landing page/content updates; requires hands-on TikTok Shop experience, strong written English, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces while adhering to SOPs. The role emphasizes operational execution to enable senior team members to focus on strategy, with a remote work setup and 40 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- Direct, hands-on TikTok Shop experience (creator/affiliate/social commerce operations)
- Experience managing creator/affiliate communications, outreach, and inboxes
- Strong Google Sheets skills and comfort maintaining detailed trackers
- Excellent written English and professional, brand-safe communication
- Highly proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while following SOPs
