Job Summary
Freelance, remote TikTok Shop affiliate and influencer marketing assistant supporting creator communications, sampling workflows, and content tracking for a US-based DTC beauty brand. Responsibilities include monitoring creator/affiliate inboxes across TikTok Shop, Discord, and other platforms; coordinating outreach; processing sample requests and shipments; supporting Amazon Creator connections and sampling initiatives; maintaining Google Sheets trackers and status updates; tracking content submissions, usage permissions, and ownership/usage windows; assisting with content uploads, asset organization, and light site/content updates; building SOPs for repeatable workflows; and performing ad hoc administrative tasks to keep campaigns running.
Required Qualifications
- Direct, hands-on TikTok Shop experience (creator/affiliate/social commerce operations)
- Experience managing creator/affiliate communications, outreach, and inboxes
- Strong Google Sheets skills and comfort maintaining detailed trackers
- Excellent written English and professional, brand-safe communication
- Highly proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while following SOPs
