Job Summary
Full-Time Tiki Bar Bartender at Ibis Landing Golf & Country Club in Lehigh Acres, FL. Makes and serves beverages in accordance with established standards and hospitality-focused service. Responsibilities include stocking bar, mixing and serving alcoholic beverages, assisting with seasonal cocktail development and menu updates, maintaining inventory and cost controls, ensuring compliance with state liquor laws, handling guest requests, performing opening/closing duties and cash handling via POS, reviewing banquet schedules, serving catered events, and maintaining professional, hygienic standards with excellent guest service. Preferred qualifications include POS experience (POSITOUCH/MICROS), ServSafe or TIPS certification, knowledge of cocktails and industry trends, and Fluent English communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems (e.g., POSITOUCH and MICROS)
- ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, cocktails and current industry trends
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and liquor laws
