TIJ2.5M PA Process Engineer

Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal engineering teams and contract manufacturers to resolve manufacturing, quality, and yield issues. Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in cost, quality, and cycle time. Monitor KPIs and escalate deviations when necessary. Provide technical documentation, reports, and regular status updates to management. Support qualification of new materials, equipment, and processes at manufacturing sites. Coordinate engineering change implementation and ensure timely communication across stakeholders. Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to ensure production stability. Monitor KPIs for supplier performance and escalate deviations when necessary. Willingness to travel and work at different geographical locations as needed. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and familiarity with S4. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline)
- Typically 3-6 years’ of relevant experience in manufacturing/process engineering or contract manufacturing.
