Job Summary
Lead the store team in driving efficient sales operations and delivering superior customer service by guiding daily tasks, developing routines, and coaching staff for high performance. You will actively participate in sales and customer service yourself to model behavior, while ensuring commercial targets are met alongside your team. Manage key sales metrics and oversee daily store procedures with a motivating approach. This permanent, full-time role (37.5h/week) starts in September 2026 at a new store in Tampere Veska. The position offers a Tes B-scale salary plus responsibility bonus, with an example monthly total of approximately 2,700€ for someone with three years of experience. Candidates must speak fluent Finnish and English, with prior retail or service leadership experience preferred.
