Job Summary
Perform TIG and MIG welding to production standards, including tack welding, grinding, and executing stud and bung welds. Read blueprints and part lists, accurately measure with a tape measure, and safely operate shop tools while adhering to all PPE and safety requirements. Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs, utilizing close, distance, color, and depth vision for precise work. This weekend shift role at a Strafford, MO facility requires six months of MIG experience with TIG skills preferred. Candidates must demonstrate reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Class B Welder
- Weekend Shift Saturday-Monday 5:30am-5:30pm
- Minimum 6 months MIG welding experience
- Trade School training
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands and arms
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Close, distance, color, and depth vision
