Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled TIG (GTAW) Welder to produce and repair precision, thin-gauge stainless steel and titanium components used in regulated environments. Responsibilities include precision TIG welding per WPS/PQR, heat/distortion control, proper purge and back-purge techniques, weld repair/rework to specification, reading engineering drawings and weld symbols, maintaining traceability through traveler's and weld logs, supporting inspection and verification workflows, and maintaining a clean, safe welding area. Preferred experience includes NADCAP environments and ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems; exposure to highly regulated markets (aerospace, nuclear, power generation) is a plus. Requirements: 3+ years TIG welding of stainless/titanium, ability to produce clean welds in multiple positions, read prints to tight tolerances, pass a weld test, and lift up to 50 lbs with PPE.
