Job Summary
Perform TIG and basic MIG welding on stainless steel components, read blueprints, and fabricate parts for commercial-grade equipment. Grind and deburr materials to meet quality standards while inspecting parts throughout production. Maintain tools and a clean workspace, follow all safety procedures with proper PPE, and assist with forklift operation. Requires 1+ year of TIG welding experience (stainless preferred), blueprint reading skills, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, $21–$24/hour. Clear path for advancement with hands-on training and skill progression in a safety-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year TIG welding experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong attendance and work history
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift
