Job Summary
Weld using TIG equipment, deburr parts with handheld tools, and clean components to remove oils, dirt, and debris. Inspect finished parts with micrometers, indicators, and calipers while maintaining quality standards through the Quality Management System. Monitor and document operational issues, providing feedback to the supervisor, and ensure continuous production meeting customer expectations. Develop effective working relationships with peers and staff. Demonstrate welding ability during the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must demonstrate ability to weld during the interview process
- Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment
