Job Summary
Perform TIG welding on aerospace components using Inconel and titanium while reading blueprints and technical drawings. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures strictly. Prior TIG welding experience is required, with aerospace welding experience preferred. Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory. First shift hours run from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Join the team at FTAI Aviation, which owns and maintains commercial jet engines for a global airline, lessor, and MRO customer base.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and strong craftsmanship
- First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
