Job Summary
Provide Tier 3 AV technical support for executive meetings, client events, town halls, and hybrid productions. Own the daily operation, readiness, and preventative maintenance of the Executive Conference Center, including standard conference rooms, boardrooms, and multi-purpose event spaces. Perform advanced troubleshooting of AV, networking, control systems, audio, and video signal flow, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues. Assist in pre-event testing, technical rehearsals, onsite event support, and post-event system validation. Coordinate with AV Engineering, Workplace, IT, Networking, vendors, and event stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Maintain system documentation, firmware, inventory, and operational standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Support commissioning of new AV systems, technology evaluations, and deployment of enterprise AV standards. Work hours may vary based on event requirements and include occasional travel to various client locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional AV experience supporting enterprise conference centers, executive environments, or live production spaces
- Strong experience with Zoom Rooms
- Strong experience with Q-SYS
- Strong experience with Dante
- Strong experience with NDI
- Strong experience with digital audio consoles
- Strong experience with video switchers
- Strong experience with PTZ camera systems
- Strong experience with IPTV
- Strong experience with enterprise AV networking
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across AV hardware, control systems, networking, and signal distribution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support executive leadership and high-profile events in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel to various locations in support of the client
- Must be available for occasional travel to various locations
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional AV experience supporting enterprise conference centers, executive environments, or live production spaces
- AVIXA CTS-I/CTS-D certification
- Q-SYS Level 2 certification
- Dante Certification
- Zoom Rooms Certification
- sedna platform knowledge
- DvLED wall familiarity
- Manufacturer certifications (Logitech, Shure, Crestron, etc.)
