Job Summary
Tier II System Administrator to join a cohesive service desk team supporting enterprise IT for government/DoD environments. Responsible for installation and troubleshooting of enterprise computers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment; maintain configuration baselines including patches, IAVA, OS, COTS/GOTS, and in-house apps. Utilize SCCM and Active Directory to troubleshoot and deploy images; manage mobile devices via MDM; build/deploy mobile solutions per customer requirements. Perform advanced troubleshooting across multiple locations and networks; support POTS phone devices and Cisco Call Manager; coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues across classified and unclassified networks. Work with CRM and SharePoint developers to resolve content management and permission issues; track incidents with a ticketing system; ensure timely changes and communications. Required to operate in a DoD/enterprise IT setting with strong communication, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. Location: On Customer Site at Fort Liberty/Fort Bragg, NC; travel up to 10-25%. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- DoD 8570 compliant for IAT Level II
- US Citizenship Required
- Secret Clearance to Start; must be able to obtain TS/SCI
