Job Summary

Seeking a Tier II Help Desk Technician with 3–5+ years in IT support, proactive problem solving, and experience with Microsoft 365 and networking in a managed services environment. Salary range of $70,000-85,000 plus benefits, on-site in Orlando.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in IT support with recent Tier 2 responsibilities
  • MSP experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ownership of escalations and complex incidents
  • Proactive problem prevention capabilities
  • Hands-on with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID tenant admin
  • Intune device/compliance experience
  • Solid networking knowledge (VLAN/DHCP/DNS/VPN)
  • Ability to read basic topology diagrams
  • Experience with modern PSA and RMM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Fortinet (policies/NAT/VPN) experience
  • Unifi/HP Aruba familiarity
  • AWS EC2 and/or Azure IaaS (VMs, networking) knowledge
  • PowerShell automation skills
  • Experience with Autopilot/Defender/Conditional Access
