Job Summary
Seeking a Tier II Help Desk Technician with 3–5+ years in IT support, proactive problem solving, and experience with Microsoft 365 and networking in a managed services environment. Salary range of $70,000-85,000 plus benefits, on-site in Orlando.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in IT support with recent Tier 2 responsibilities
- MSP experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ownership of escalations and complex incidents
- Proactive problem prevention capabilities
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID tenant admin
- Intune device/compliance experience
- Solid networking knowledge (VLAN/DHCP/DNS/VPN)
- Ability to read basic topology diagrams
- Experience with modern PSA and RMM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Fortinet (policies/NAT/VPN) experience
- Unifi/HP Aruba familiarity
- AWS EC2 and/or Azure IaaS (VMs, networking) knowledge
- PowerShell automation skills
- Experience with Autopilot/Defender/Conditional Access
