Job Summary
Seeking a Tier 2 NETOPS/Help Desk Technician with expertise in SATCOM systems and network troubleshooting. Requires CCNA certification, relevant experience in deployable communications, and active Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (five additional years of relevant experience may substitute)
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with deployable communications systems
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting satellite, routing, switching, server, and tactical communications systems
- Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
- VSAT certification(s) or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
- At least one DoD 8140/8570 Workforce Element certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA-Security)
