Job Summary
Tier 1 Systems Administrator to provide on-site IT support in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, supporting delivery teams with IT requirements, upgrading/installing/configuring hardware and software, implementing security protocols, managing user accounts and access control, diagnostic testing and debugging, and documenting processes including backup/arhiving data. Requires customer service experience, knowledge of software engineering concepts and development processes, ability to learn quickly, interest in growth within a DevOps environment, teamwork, and familiarity with IDEs, version control, scripting, and tools like Jira; experience with Linux/Windows/macOS and eligibility to obtain Top Secret level clearance.

- Working knowledge of the software development process

- Working knowledge of software tools supporting Integrated Development Environments (IDE), version control, defect reporting and scripting

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to recognize and clearly report relevant information
- Experience with Linux, Windows, or macOS
- US Citizenship and clearable to a Top Secret security clearance or higher
