Job Summary
Tier 1 - Support Agent at PadSplit delivers high-quality, first-level support to members via email, live chat, and phone; troubleshoots memberships, billing, and property inquiries; documents and escalates complex issues to Tier 2; continuously updates knowledge of PadSplit services and policies; requires 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Google Suite and support tools, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fully remote setting; collaboration within a dynamic Customer Experience Team and potential contract conversion.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Customer Service experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Atlas)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Self-motivated with high-speed internet in a fully remote setting
