Job Summary
Generate revenue by selling season ticket memberships, partial plans, group tickets, corporate events, premium seating, and non-gameday events via phone, appointments, and tours. Manage and organize accounts within Salesforce and Ticketmaster while maintaining detailed CRM notes. Lead sales initiatives, staff training, and innovation within the Ticketing Department. Deliver outstanding customer service and perform gameday responsibilities including entertaining clients and fulfilling FEP commitments. Build and grow a network of clientele while adhering to a schedule requiring four days in the Sandy, UT office with one remote flex day.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work all home games and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Punctual, groomed and dressed for a professional environment
- Ability to work effectively under fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Able to observe, inspect, estimate and asses
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work 4 days in office (Sandy, UT) with one remote flex day option per week (typically Friday)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 or more year of sales experience
