Ticketing Officer

Provide ticketing services at West Kowloon venues across the district (Freespace, Xiqu Centre, M+ and Hong Kong Palace Museum) and maintain daily operation of the ticketing hotline; handle ticket buyers’ enquiries and difficult cases professionally; train and support Ticketing Assistants in using the computerised ticketing system; collaborate with internal teams and external hirers on ticket sales issues; assist the ticketing system setup team with event configuration per procedures; perform other duties as assigned by the Authority; must work on shift including weekends and public holidays; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
