Job Summary
Ticketing in Sabre to issue flight bookings accurately and on time, build and manage PNRs, price fares, issue e-tickets, process changes, voids, and refunds. Work with a Team Lead within clear processes, monitor a queue, and ensure data accuracy before issuing tickets. Must be proficient in Sabre GDS with 3+ years of hands-on Sabre ticketing experience, strong attention to passenger data accuracy, and proactive communication. Nice-to-have includes experience with award-ticketing and luxury travel service background. Remote work with locations in Hyderabad, India and Manila, Philippines. Compensation is $600–$800 per month USD, with milestones for progression.
Required Qualifications
- Sabre GDS proficiency is a firm requirement
- 3+ years of hands-on Sabre ticketing experience
- Experience building PNRs in Sabre
- Pricing itineraries in Sabre using fare pricing tools
- Issuing electronic tickets across PCCs
- Processing ticket exchanges and reissues
- Handling ticket voids and refunds
- Managing queue work in Sabre
- Strong attention to passenger data accuracy
- Proactive communication with Team Lead
