Job Summary
Ticketing Manager needed to lead ticketing operations for Live Nation's events and tours in Melbourne on a 9-month contract. You’ll coordinate on-sale delivery across a busy calendar, oversee ticket inventory and allocations, monitor and report sales performance, and manage relationships with the Ticketing Director, promoters, venues, and partners. You’ll drive settlement processes, ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation, and bring proactive problem-solving to the live event lifecycle. The role requires solid ticketing experience in live entertainment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, ever-changing environment with occasional after-hours support.
