Job Summary
Lead end-to-end esports tournament ticketing across three venues (Los Angeles, Allen, and Brooklyn) including event builds, on-sales, vendor management, seating maps, pricing tiers, and inventory holds. Coordinate with venue box offices, Event Producers, and third-party ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster/AXS) to deliver timely on-sale launches, fan verification, anti-scalping controls, accessibility compliance, and real-time reporting. Serve as onsite primary point of contact for ticketing operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless fan experience. Requires 3–5+ years in live event ticketing, strong platform knowledge, travel to events, and a valid passport. Position involves travel between October 11, 2026 and November 15, 2026 with contract completion on November 27, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in live event ticketing
- Strong working knowledge of ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, AXS, or equivalents)
- Valid passport
- Experience with VIP/credentialing or access-control systems is a plus
- Google Suite proficiency
- Ability to travel and work onsite at multiple venues
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong incident-response and problem-solving skills
