Ticketing Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end ticketing operations for Crown Melbourne's entertainment venues, driving ticket sales performance and revenue optimisation. Manage event builds, on-sales, pricing and inventory; oversee yield management to maximise utilisation; partner with producers, promoters and internal stakeholders to deliver budgeting, planning and outcomes; analyse sales performance to optimise pricing, promotions and ticket sales; manage Ticketmaster platforms (TMOne, HOST) and seating configurations; coordinate on-sale schedules with marketing and programming; support customer experience through ticketing enquiries, exchanges and escalations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in ticketing, venue or event management within theatre, entertainment or live events
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (Ticketmaster or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical and reporting capability with a focus on revenue optimisation
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of marketing principles and their impact on ticket sales
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and peak event periods
- Experience managing end-to-end ticketing operations including event builds, on-sales, pricing and inventory management
- Overseeing yield management to maximise utilisation and revenue
- Coordination with producers, promoters and internal stakeholders for budgeting and planning
- Management of Ticketmaster platforms (TMOne, HOST) including seating maps, ticket holds and event configuration
- Ability to maintain accurate event schedules and align with marketing campaigns
