Job Summary
Manage a caseload of Ticket to Work participants, providing direct employment support, answering inquiries, and assisting clients in navigating their return to work. Consult with individuals on overcoming barriers to achieve employment goals while developing and maintaining community and employment partnerships. Ensure client progress through the program via virtual and onsite interactions. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, ability to pass the Social Security Administration's Suitability Process and CWIC certification, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams. Compensation includes $50-$55,000 annual salary plus placement bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration's Suitability Process
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration's CWIC certification
Desired Qualifications
- Paid or volunteer work in social services
- Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
