Job Summary
Manage a caseload of Ticket to Work participants, providing answers, instructions, and assistance related to the Ticket to Work program. Serve as the primary point of contact for America Works Employment Network clients, ensuring progress through the program with virtual and onsite engagement. Develop and maintain community and employment partnerships, counsel clients on achieving employment goals, overcoming barriers, and navigating return-to-work processes, and respond to inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s Suitability Process
- Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams (preferred)
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s CWIC certification (preferred)
