Ticket to Work Representative

Job Summary
Conduct timely intakes and assessments in line with program procedures while maintaining daily outreach calls to identify and enroll eligible participants into the Ticket to Work program. Provide end-to-end employment support, including job development, search, placement, and coaching, alongside building partnerships with employers to expand job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Assist participants with employment goals, job matching, and ongoing support before and after placement, while guiding clients in overcoming barriers and achieving sustainable employment. Submit pay stubs promptly, document all activities in the secure system, and respond to inquiries with timely follow-up. Manage a virtual and onsite caseload, track progress, and provide individualized support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration's Suitability Process
- Microsoft 365
Desired Qualifications
- Paid or volunteer work in social services
- Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse
- Salesforce
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration's CWIC certification
