Greet and guide guests in purchasing products, including single and multi-day lift tickets, while maintaining accurate accounting records for all financial transactions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Loon Mountain's services, promotions, and rates to provide consistent information and solve guest situations regarding the "Your Responsibility Code." Maintain the sales location in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion to transact business inside and out. Assist Central Reservations with messages and announcements while interfacing with other departments to ensure smooth guest interactions. Actively promote a safe recreational environment by educating the public on safety protocols.
