Job Summary
Welcome guests to the PeoplesBank Arena and Pratt & Whitney Stadium, providing accurate information on event dates, times, ticket prices, discounts, and seating options. Attentively listen to requests while generating tickets from the computerized system and processing cash or credit card transactions efficiently. Ensure cash counts are accurate at shift start and end, verify guest identification for card purchases, and resolve ticketing issues or complaints by contacting supervisors when necessary. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. This part-time role offers a $16.94–$17.61 hourly rate with 401(k) matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends and some holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Prior experience with a computerized ticketing system preferred
- Moderate technology skills including computers and smartphones
- Bilingual preferred
- Previous cash handling and/or retail experience
- Ability to accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash and process credit card transactions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to keep accurate and legible records
