Job Summary
Master the ticketing system to efficiently process payments, issue tickets and change, and reconcile funds at the end of each shift. Stay informed on event details, including seating charts, prices, discounts, and restrictions, while providing excellent customer service and directing guests to the nearest ticket taker. Maintain precise transaction records and uphold confidentiality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. This part-time role offers a $15 hourly rate with 401(k) matching and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED preferred
- Experience working with the public and cash handling is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
