Job Summary
Open and close the ticket window while performing cash and credit card transactions with accuracy. Answer patron questions regarding prices, seating, and events by understanding venue configurations and refund policies. Maintain an accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold, submitting funds for audit while keeping all information confidential. Work independently to handle most box office inquiries without assistance in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role includes 401(k) matching and remains open until November 20th, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Must be able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, dependent on the event schedule
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to count money and make change accurately
- Ability to input data into a computer to record sales transactions
- Basic computer skills in typing and data entry with Microsoft Office products and internet platforms
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience is preferred
