Job Summary
Provide customer service, sell tickets, and distribute will-call tickets for all Allegiant Stadium events. Assist customers with ticketing software like Ticketmaster HOST and Archtics, processing purchases via cash, credit, debit, and vouchers. Manage will-call and guest lists by checking identification and resolving issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary. Answer telephone inquiries regarding show and ticket information, accessibility, and ADA requests. Reconcile sales and will-call receipts, provide sales data to accounting teams, and assist with show settlements. Notify supervisors or security of unusual events, missing items, or alleged thefts. Work proficiently in a fast-paced environment, available for varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Must be available to work varied shifts which may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- cashiering experience: cash handling, processing credit/debit transactions, and vouchers; reconciling tills and balancing transactions in compliance with cashiering policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working on a venue ticketing platform
- Previous experience working in events and knowledge of the music industry
