Job Summary
Scans guest tickets, directs attendees to appropriate seating areas, and welcomes visitors to the venue while expediting traffic flow. Attentively listens to guest questions and concerns, resolving issues calmly or contacting supervisors as needed. Becomes familiar with the venue and event layout to accurately answer inquiries and reports any ticketing issues to management. Performs other duties as necessary to assist with the ticket selling and scanning process. Most shifts are 2-4 hours, with an hourly rate of $18.00-$22.00 CAD. Pension matching is available for part-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Basic computer skills, ideally with a computerized ticketing system and POS system, if applicable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to keep accurate and legible records, if applicable
