Job Summary
Administer event setup, configuration, testing, and quality control within Ticketmaster Archtics, Host, and Account Manager, including manifests, pricing, inventory, and event settings. Coordinate annual ticketing system setups for assigned sports, manage season ticket rollovers, and oversee home contests, will call, and complimentary admissions. Serve as ticket office manager for baseball, handling renewals, new sales, seat upgrades, and reconciliation. Manage student ticketing processes, account eligibility, lottery distribution, and communications while troubleshooting inquiries. Support football and men's basketball initiatives by managing renewal portfolios, generating sales opportunities, and assisting in revenue goals. Maintain access control systems, ticket scanners, and point-of-sale equipment, and document all interactions in Salesforce CRM. Assist with event setup for stadium concerts, special events, and NCAA postseason events hosted by Louisville Athletics.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- two (2) years of relevant experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in collegiate or professional sports ticket operations and customer service
- Experience working in NCAA Division I athletics
- Experience working with Ticketmaster Archtics, Host, Account Manager, or similar ticketing platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external constituents
- Experience with CRM systems and basic reporting or data analysis
- Experience with mobile ticketing and digital ticket management platforms
