Job Summary
Reconcile all cash bags, ticket windows, and stock counts while maintaining accurate entries on the Income Summary Sheet. Manage the vault, organize monies, and oversee Clover management, maintenance, and implementation to ensure all ticketing and point-of-sale materials function correctly. Schedule staff for the Ticketing Department, cover operational needs, and address equipment or system issues as they arise. Track low inventory for Cash Control materials and follow up on hiring applicants to support department growth. Maintain cleanliness in the ticketing office and ensure all windows remain operational. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong cash handling experience, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods in snowy winter conditions.
