Job Summary
Assist Ticket Sales team with cold-calling local businesses and individuals to sell group tickets and ticket packages; perform data entry to grow sales databases and update CRM; research and generate sales leads; provide outstanding customer service to guests both on and off-site; assist in planning and implementing group-themed events and community appearances; participate in creating and distributing sales collateral; set up community activations; support other departments as needed; strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills required; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; located in the Chicagoland area; compensation is $16/hour plus commission eligibility with a relocation stipend for moving to Illinois; benefits include healthcare, PTO, game tickets, and more; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
