Job Summary
Seasonal Part-time Ticket Operations Representative for the Toronto Blue Jays. Proactively interact with fans to provide mobile ticket delivery support outside Rogers Centre gates, assist Blue Jays ticket purchasers using Ticketmaster systems (Archtics, TMWin, TM1), handle inquiries related to turnstiles, transferred tickets, relocates and upgrades, apply WE CARE service principles, and maintain knowledge of Blue Jays gate entry processes, mobile ticket apps, and health/safety policies to contribute to an inclusive gameday culture. Roles align with the 2026 season (June–November 2026) at Rogers Centre in Toronto, working outdoors during home games and events.
Required Qualifications
- Ticketing experience preferred (Ticketmaster systems, PCI, Archtics, TM1)
- Ability to stand/walk outdoors for 3-5 hour shifts
- Excellent people skills and teamwork
- Commitment to customer service excellence and inclusivity
- Minimum two years previous work experience
- Ability to work all 81 home games and other events
