Ticket Office Supervisor/Associate

Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support Ticket Office Team Members throughout each shift while serving guests at the ticket window. Sell lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, and gift cards; process all payment types accurately; and assist with cash balancing and reconciliation. Train and onboard new team members on resort products, policies, and guest service standards. Monitor team performance, provide constructive evaluations, and handle discipline or termination in accordance with company policy. Assist the manager with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. Communicate operational updates and policy changes to the team while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Partner with Ski & Ride School, Rentals, and Lift Operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or ticket office experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn RTP and other resort software
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods
