Job Summary
Welcome every guest with friendly, professional customer service while selling lift tickets, season passes, lessons, rentals, gift cards, and other resort products. Answer questions regarding mountain operations, trail conditions, weather, events, and resort policies. Accurately process cash, credit card, gift card, and other payment transactions, then balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records. Assist guests with online purchases, waivers, account questions, lost passes, and ticket issues. Work closely with Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Lift Operations, and other departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area while staying current on products, promotions, pricing, and daily resort operations. Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn RTP and other resort software
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or cash-handling experience
