Job Summary
Design and develop TIBCO-based interfaces for seamless system integration within an international agile environment. Manage monthly corporate releases, scope service version updates for ESB, and automate monitoring for ESB infrastructure and business processes. Develop and automate unit and regression tests, while assisting in incident analysis for failed flow reporting in TFM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain documentation, providing on-call support for EAI/ESB issues. Requires 4+ years of experience in software development, strong Java skills, and hands-on expertise with TIBCO technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in software development and system integration projects
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO technologies (BusinessWorks/BWCE, EMS, File Adapters) in enterprise environments
- Strong Java development skills and experience designing REST and SOAP web services
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB
- Understanding of integration architectures, messaging concepts, and process automation
- Experience with requirements analysis and technical specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
