Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of thumbnail design experience
- Portfolio submission
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Familiarity and passion for esports, entertainment, and pop-culture
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with Pacific Time deadlines
