Collaborate with content creators to conceptualize and design eye-catching thumbnails for Minecraft YouTube channels, utilizing graphic design software to create custom models, select enhanced imagery, and integrate legible text. Ensure brand consistency across all visuals while conducting A/B testing to optimize click-through rates and viewer engagement. Stay current with industry trends and rapidly implement feedback from the packaging team and editors to refine designs. Coordinate assets via Monday.com and Discord, managing deadlines to deliver high-quality packaging that aligns with global branding strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to showcase a portfolio of design work
- Evidence of Minecraft proficiency
- Basic understanding of visual design principles for thumbnails
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for the creator economy
